Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at suport@soraboutique.ca. Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping instructions and details will be provided once your return request is approved.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.Refunds are not allowed.
However, if the product you receive is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete (deficit), please contact us immediately upon receipt. Once the issue is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect. Timely reporting is required so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, as required by law. Returned items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above. Refunds under this section apply only where legally required.
